The Marthinus Pelser murder case was postponed once again on 11 November, this time due to the fact that the State did not have the docket in court. Pelser’s defense, Advocate van Rensburg, asked that the case be postponed until 1 December.
Pelser appeared via audio visual remand (AVR) today.
He stands accused of having murdered his six-month-old baby boy in May this year.
