A fun day in the sun for parents and their furry children is a Saturday well spend.
Nordic Rescue SA, also known as the Husky and Northern Breed Rescue South Africa held a preview of what Christmas will be like this year when they invited the whole community to their summer fun day.

Nordic Rescue SA is a pro-life organisation that assists with rescuing, rehabilitating and re-homing abandoned and abused huskies. The organisation relies on donations to run their great cause.
On 3 December they held a fun day in conjunction with The 9th Day Animal Rescue, Adore a Bull Rescue and Rehabilitation, and Love-a-Bull SA.

On offer were jumping castles, arts and crafts, cakes and bakes, ice cream, snacks and you could have your dog micro-chipped for only R150.
Some of the stalls included Howl at the Moon (a regular on the animal rescue scene), Maltese, Yorkie and French Poodle Rescue, Alma’s Book Exchange, Xango health beverages and Star Pup. The Web Bug and Owl City Early Learning Centre and Azeria IT, Security and Installation with sponsors made the day possible.

The event was a big success and furry children loved the outing as well.
