Share in the joy of giving
The Donate for Hope campaign aims to provide under-resourced schools with stationery, as well as loads of hope, smiles and courage.
Cradlestone Mall, which is engaged in exemplary works of giving, always has heart, and takes the initiative when implementing campaigns on behalf of the local community. Under the umbrella of Cradle Cares, the last two initiatives for 2016 are the Tags for Hope and Donate for Hope campaigns.
“We believe that no child should be without a gift this Festive Season.
To help provide presents to the children, please pick up a tag from the Christmas Trees on the lower level to support Tags for Hope and spoil someone this festive season,” said a representative from Mall management.
Each tag has a child’s name, age, gender and wish list on it. Supporters may purchase a gift and deliver it to the Mugg & Bean court until 20 December.
All the donated gifts will be collected, sorted and then handed over to partner organisations in time for Christmas parties and other events where the gifts will be given out to the children.
The Donate for Hope campaign aims to provide under-resourced schools with stationery, as well as loads of hope, smiles and courage. The learning environment becomes difficult for children if they do not have the necessary learning equipment. Your donations mean these learners will be equipped with the tools they need for the new curriculum. We welcome your desire to help us make a difference, as well as welcoming new or gently used supplies.
“If you already have school and office supplies that you do not need (regardless of the quantity), please help us make a difference and drop off all donations at the Information Desk located at Entrance 5.”
