Maragon loves mothers
Maragon Avianto believes in the importance of family as well as helping those in need.
Maragon Avianto held a Mother’s Day dream breakfast on Friday 11 May to celebrate their female heroes who don’t wear capes – they wear aprons instead.
The school provided a small breakfast spread and served pancakes, sandwiches, fruit and yoghurt. The school combined Slipper Day with Mother’s Day to ensure lots of fun for every learner and parent.

Each mother was asked to bring R10 for themselves and their child in order to help the school raise funds for the Reach For A Dream Foundation.
Maragon Avianto believes in the importance of family as well as helping those in need, while the Reach For A Dream Foundation believes in the power of dreams – they encourage children to use their dreams to fight life-threatening illnesses and try, as far as possible, to make these dreams come true.

Their vision is to grow the Foundation to enable them to continue giving hope to children fighting life-threatening illnesses through the fulfillment of their dreams and making their national projects available to as many children as possible.
These projects include Camp Sunshine, Queen For A Day, Captain Courage, Show You Care, Send A Bear and The Jabulani Kingdom Hospital Entertainers, which function on an ongoing basis.
