Help the Krugersdorp Golf Club ladies feed the hungry

The ladies at the Krugersdorp Golf Club are busy with their annual charity project and this year they need your help and tinned food.

What started out as a tinned food collection project for the needy has now turned into a fully fledged charity project for two- and four-legged friends alike.

Every year the women of the Krugersdorp Golf Club open their hearts to those less fortunate around Mandela Day by arranging charity projects.

This year, however, they have set their sights on helping even more people by keeping their bellies full. They are hosting a canned food collection drive and said they had the Nelson Mandela Day theme #Actionagainstpoverty in mind when planning the project.

The aim is to build a 200-can pyramid before the end of July. Donations can be placed in the yellow crate at the club’s office.

The club is situated at 1 Nightingale Crescent, Rant-en-Dal.
