Incorrect February statements sent to Mogale residents
The municipality confirms a system error caused incorrect February statements to appear on the municipal portal and via email.
Residents fetching their Mogale City Local Municipality (MCLM) statements may have noticed that the information is incorrect.
MCLM’s assistant manager for media and PR, Refilwe Mahlangu, said their revenue services department is aware of the issue, which affects February statements downloaded from the portal or received via email.

“This is due to a technical glitch that occurred during the transfer of information to the portal,” she explained.
“The matter has been reported to the system service provider, who will remove the incorrect statements, upload the correct ones, and resend them to everyone affected,” she added.
