Curro Krugersdorp proudly hosted the district individual chess tournament recently. The tournament was hosted at the primary school and the high school, with over 400 learners from various schools participating.

The event brought together some of the region’s top young chess players, creating a competitive and inspiring environment filled with focus, strategy, and excellent sportsmanship.

According to the school’s marketer, Dibuseng Maboya, learners competed across various age groups, showcasing their skills and determination over the two-day tournament.
