Another Monument player invited to the UK

He is appealing to and encouraging numerous organisations to offer him corporate sponsorships.

Richard Ashmead, a talented young rugby player from Monument Primary School, has been selected to be part of the U/11 Westville Invitation Team that will be representing South Africa on a tour to the United Kingdom in December.

As the tour will see the young rugby player competing in a number of matches, it will not only expose him to the sport essence of the United Kingdom and the opportunities available to him, but will also serve as an incentive to achieve greater success in future.

The tour, which will stretch from 7 to 15 December, has been arranged by Travel & Sport, a internationally recognised tour operator.

Richard, who has had a passion for rugby since the tender age of five, unfortunately has limited funds to cover the costs involved in the tour.

He is therefore appealing to and encouraging numerous organisations to offer him corporate sponsorships in his bid for further sporting excellence through international exposure.
