Curro’s Yara dances to international success

Her dedication and passion for dance have earned her global recognition, marking the start of a promising young career.

Curro Krugersdorp Primary School is celebrating a remarkable achievement by one of its young learners.

According to Curro Krugersdorp school marketer, Dibuseng Maboya, Grade Four learner Yara Bode has earned her Dance Talent and Model Association (DTMA) international colours for dance, marking an important milestone in her growing artistic journey.

She explained that Yara recently placed third internationally, an impressive accomplishment that reflects not only her natural talent but also the dedication, discipline and passion she invests in her craft.

Her achievement thus places her among some of the most promising young dancers in her category and has earned her recognition on a global stage.

“Teachers, peers and the broader school community are extremely proud of Yara’s success. Her commitment to excellence and her positive attitude both in and out of the studio,” she said.

“As Yara continues to rise through the ranks of the dance world, Curro Krugersdorp looks forward to seeing her talent grow even further. This is undoubtedly just the beginning for a young performer with a bright future ahead,” Dibuseng concluded.
