ARENDT PROPERTY INVESTMENTS CC (T19265/1986 ) LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of DEED OF TRANSFER NUMBER T19265/1986 passed by : MESSENGER OF THE COURT Had truly and legally sold by auction sale the hereinafter mentioned property to the hereinafter mentioned transferee by virtue of a warrant of execution issued on the 26th August 1985 by the clerk of the magistrate`s court for the district of Brakpan for the execution of judgment dated the 4th June, 1985 of the said Court in a suit in which the TOWN COUNCIL OF BRAKPAN was the plaintiff and RUTH OTILDA ENGELBRECHT ( Identity Number 571110 0104 00 6) unmarried, was the defendant in favour of ARENDT PROPERTY INVESTMENTS CC CK85/11071/2023 White Group in respect of certain PORTION 1 OF ERF 1107 BRAKPAN TOWNSHIP, REGISTRATION DIVISION IR, PROVINCE OF GAUTENG MEASURING 493 (FOUR HUNDRED AND NINETY THREE) SQUARE METRES FIRST TRANSFERRED BY DEED OF TRANSFER NUMBER F2771/1960 WITH DIAGRAM ANNEXED AND HELD BY DEED OF TRANSFER NUMBER T19265/1986 which has been lost or destroyed.
