BG2135/1991BP African Bank Limited LOST/DESTROYED BOND Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68(1) of the Deeds Registries Act, 47/1937 that it is the intention to apply for a certified copy of Mortgage Bond BG2135/1991BP passed in the Pretoria Deeds Office by SHILILI EVELINA GULSTON, Identity Number 3809235100148 (now deceased) in favour of African Bank Limited (Registration Number 1975/002526/06), in respect of a certain piece of land, being Site No. 6989, in extent 981 (NINE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY ONE) SQUARE METRES in the said Township and represented and described on General Plan B.A 11/66 held by Deed of Grant Number TG4095/1983BP which bond has been lost or destroyed. All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds at Pretoria within two weeks from the date of the publication of this notice.
