BN6421/2025 HGVS HOLDINGS PROPRIETARY/SASOL SIYAKHA ENTERPRISE AND SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT TRUST LOST OR DESTROYED BOND Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Notarial Special Covering Bond BN6421/2025 passed by HGVS HOLDINGS PROPRIETARY LIMITED REGISTRATION NUMBER: 2021/114308/07 in favour of SASOL SIYAKHA ENTERPRISE AND SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT TRUST REGISTRATION NUMBER: IT11435/2007(T), for a capital amount of R500 000.00 (FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND RAND), and an Additional Sum of R125 000.00 (ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND) in respect of THE ASSETS LISTED IN ANNEXURE “A” OF THE BOND IN TERMS OF THE SECURITY BY MEANS OF MOVABLE PROPERTY ACT 57 OF 1993, IT BEING AGREED THAT ANNEXURE “A” OF THE BOND SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE INCORPORATED IN THE BOND, which has been lost or destroyed.
