BOLITHO W E ST34969/2012 LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of deed of transfer ST34969/2012 passed by The Executor in the Estate Late ESTHER JANET KRUGER, Number 017048/2011 in favour of WILLIAM ERNEST BOLITHO, Identity number 4908285061081 and MARIA ALIDA BOLITHO, Identity number 4909150061081 in respect of the following property: (a)Section No. 33 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No SS 204/1996 in the scheme known as PANORAMAPARK 3 in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at KLERKSDORP TOWNSHIP LOCAL AUTHORITY OF CITY OF MATLOSANA, of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan is 93 (Ninety Three) square metres in extent and (b)An undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan, which has been lost or destroyed.
