An Exclusive Use Area described as Tuinarea T3 measuring 361 (Three Hundred and Sixty One) square metres, being as such part of the common property, comprising the land and the scheme known as AMAJUBA in respect of the land and building or buildings situate at VREDE (EXTENSION 8), PHUMELELA LOCAL MUNICIPALITY, as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS55/1988 and held by Notarial Deed of Real Rights SK390/2021. 2.An Exclusive Use Area described as Werf W3 measuring 24 (Twenty Four) square metres, being as such part of the common property, comprising the land and the scheme known as AMAJUBA in respect of the land and building or buildings situate at VREDE (EXTENSION 8), PHUMELELA LOCAL MUNICIPALITY, as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS55/1988 and held by Notarial Deed of Real Rights SK390/2021. which has been lost or destroyed.
