CHERNESS PROPERTIES CC (T88085/2006) LOST OR DESTROYED TITLE DEED Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of section thirty- eight of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, I the Registrar of Deeds Mpumalanga at Mbomela, intend to issue a Certificate of Registered Title in lieu of lost Deed of Transfer T88085/2006 date 19 July 2006 passed by MENEZES CORNELIA JOHANNA DE SOUZA and MENEZES THEUNIS LODEWYK DE SOUSA IN FAVOUR OF CHERNESS PROPERTIES CC REGISTRATION NUMBER 2003/046000/23 in respect of certain ERF 2143 KRIEL EXTENSION 8 TOWNSHIP REGISTRATION DIVISION I.S., THE PROVINCE OF MPUMALANGA MEASURING 1080 (ONE THOUSAND AND EIGHTY) HECTARES HELD BY DEED OF TRANSFER T88085/2006 Which has been lost.
