CONWAY EM (T2103/1974) Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer T2103/1974 passed byMORRIS NESTADT in his capacity as Executor Testamentary in the Estate of the late JESSIE PAIERSON KENNEDY, Divorcee acting thereinunder by virtue of Letter of Administration No. 3436/54 granted to him by the Master of the Supreme Court at Pretoria on the 30th June, 1954; in favour of EDITH MAUREEN CONWAY (born KENNEDY on the 1st APRIL, 1944) Married out of community of property to PETER CONAY – marital power excluded: A.N.C. No. HC 21/74 (copy) as owner of 3/10ths (THREE/TENTS) share; ALBERT EDWARD KENNEDY (born on the 5th January, 1946) as owner of 3/20ths (THREE/TWENTIETHS) share: and EILEEN CHALICE RAWLINS (born KENNEDY on the 23rd June 1949) married out of community of property to Joseph Benjamin Rawlins ` marital power excluded; (ANC. NO. Hc22/1974 (copy) as owner of 3/20ths (THREE/TWENTIETHS) share respectively in respect of HOLDING 64 NORTON`S HOME ESTATES AGRICULTURAL, REGISTRATION DIVISION IR, PROVINCE OF GAUTENG MEASURING 3,6866 (THIRTY COMMA SIX THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND SIXTY SIX) HECTARES HELD BY DEED OF TRANSFER T2103/1974 WITH VA112/1981 AND VA14581/2008 which has been lost or destroyed. VA112/1981 AND VA14581/2008 which has issued but has also been lost or destroyed and can not been found. All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds: North Gauteng at Pretoria within two weeks from the date of the publication of this notice.
