DE LANGE J S L (ST57050/2011) Notice of Lost or Destroyed Deed is hereby given in terms of regulation 68(1) of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer ST57050/2011 passed by GILLYFROST 42 (PTY) LTD in favour of JANETTA SUSARA LOUISA DE LANGE, 3811260050080, now Deceased under Estate Number 7976/2021, in respect of A unit consisting of- (a) Section Number 15 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS337/2011 in the scheme known as CASA VALDE in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at ERF 283 WATERVAL EAST EXTENSION 19 TOWNSHIP, LOCAL AUTHORITY: RUSTENBURG LOCAL MUNICIPALITY, of which section the floor area according to the said sectional plan is 111 (One Hundred And Eleven) square metres in extent; and (b) an undivided share in and to the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan, which has been lost or destroyed.
