DIE WILGERS EXTENSION 36 TOWNSHIP, LOCAL AUTHORITY: THE CITY OF TSHWANE METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY (SK3544/2021) APPLICATION AND AFFIDAVIT IN TERMS OF REGULATION 68(1) OF THE DEEDS REGISTRIES ACT, 47 OF 1937 I/We, the undersigned ROD LIAM TILEY, in my capacity as Executor in the Estate Late ROBERT ALEXANDER PULLEN, acting under Letters of Executorship Number 6923/2025 issued by the Master of the High Court of South Africa Gauteng Division, Pretoria at Pretoria on 16 July 2025 the registered owner/s of 1.An Exclusive Use Area described as STOEP S1 measuring 22 (Twenty Two) square metres, being as such part of the common property, comprising the land and the scheme known as PROTEA AFTREE-OORD DIE WILGERS in respect of the land and building or buildings situate at DIE WILGERS EXTENSION 36 TOWNSHIP, LOCAL AUTHORITY: THE CITY OF TSHWANE METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No. SS 34/1991 HELD BY Notarial Deed of Cession SK3544/2021 2.An Exclusive Use Area described as WERF W1 measuring 9 (Nine) square metres, being as such part of the common property, comprising the land and the scheme known as PROTEA AFTREE-OORD DIE WILGERS in respect of the land and building or buildings situate at DIE WILGERS EXTENSION 36 TOWNSHIP, LOCAL AUTHORITY: THE CITY OF TSHWANE METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No. SS 34/1991 HELD BY Notarial Deed of Cession SK3544/2021 do hereby declare under oath:- 1.That the said Notarial Deed of Cession has been lost or destroyed under unknown circumstances. 2.That the said Notarial Deed of Cession has not been pledged and is not being detained by anyone as security for debt or otherwise, but has been actually lost or destroyed and cannot be found though diligent search has been made by me/us therefor, and if the original Notarial Deed of Cession is found, I/we will surrender it to the Registrar of Deeds. 3.I/We hereby apply to the REGISTRAR OF DEEDS: NORTH GAUTENG at PRETORIA in terms of the abovementioned regulation, for the issue to me/us of a certified copy of the said Notarial Deed of Cession, and I/we undertake that if same should come into my/our possession or custody, I/we shall deliver or transmit it to the said Registrar. 4.
