DIETZ L Y(ST153/86(40)(-13) Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Certificate of Registered Section Title Number ST153/86(40)(-13) passed by Die Huidige Trustees van DIE TERBLANCHE BROERS TRUST NR T M P 696 (BLOEMFONTEIN) in favour of LORRAINE YVONNE DIETZ, Identity Number 390503 0019 00 1, Married out of community of property in respect of an undivided 1/52nd share in and to a Unit consisting of (a) Section Number 40 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS153/1986 in the scheme known as MARGATE SANDS in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at MARGATE, RAY NKONYENI LOCAL MUNICIPALITY, of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan is 116 (One Hundred and Sixteen) square metres in extent; and (b) An undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan.
