DIKOPANE PROPERTIES CC (ST77104/2012) Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer ST77104/2012 passed byTHE EXECUTRIX IN THE ESTATE LATE PAULINA WILHELMINA CAROLINA JANSEN NUMBER 5899/2012 in favour of DIKOPANE PROPERTIES CC Registration Number 2008/255367/23 in respect of 1.A unit consisting of – (a)Section Number 6 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS 168/1982 in the scheme known as JACO-LIEN in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at ERF 279 MEIRINGSPARK TOWNSHIP, Local Authority: CITY OF MATLOSANA, of which section the floor area according to the said sectional plan is 95 (Ninety Five) square metres in extent; and (b)an undivided share in and to the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan. 2.A unit consisting of – (a)Section Number 9 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS 168/1982 in the scheme known as JACO-LIEN in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at ERF 279 MEIRINGSPARK TOWNSHIP, Local Authority: CITY OF MATLOSANA, of which section the floor area according to the said sectional plan is 20 (Twenty) square metres in extent; and (b)an undivided share in and to the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan.
