EMARENTIANA MARTHA MARIA BRADSHAW (ST33513/2007 ) Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of DEED OF TRANSFER ST33513/2007 in favour of the Estate of the late EMARENTIANA MARTHA MARIA BRADSHAW (Identity Number 500716 0048 187) (Estate Number 030105/2024) in respect of the following property: A unit consisting of – (a)Section Number 19 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS 318/1997 in the scheme known as ASTRO VILLAS in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at BENONI EXTENSION 44 TOWNSHIP, CITY OF EKURHULENI METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, of which section the floor area according to the said sectional plan is 72 (Seventy Two) square metres in extent; and (b)an undivided share in and to the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan. Held by Deed of Transfer ST33513/2007 which has been lost or destroyed. All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds at JOHANNESBURG, GAUTENG within two weeks from the date of the publication of this notice.
