ERASMUS J (ESTATE LATE ) (ST140/84 (5) (UNIT) ) LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of ST140/84 (5) (UNIT) passed by the Registrar of Deeds of LIMPOPO in favour of THE REPRESENTATIVE IN THE ESTATE LATE JOAN ERASMUS ` Estate Number 026594/2024 in respect of certain A Unit consisting of (a)Section No. 5 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No SS 140/84 in the scheme known as SHELLEYGLEN in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at ERF 320 BENDOR TOWNSHIP, REGISTARTION DIVISION L.S., PROVINCE GAUTENG, of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan is 161 (One Hundred and Sixty One) square metres in extent and (b)An undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan which has been lost or destroyed. All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the REGISTRAR OF DEEDS OF LIMPOPO, within two weeks from the date of publication of this notice.
