ERF 2345, MANTWABENG (TE17985/2001) LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of deed of transfer TE17985/2001 passed by SELLOANE BETTIE KOKI in her capacity as the EXECUTOR in the estate of the late NTSOEKE ANNA KOKI, with estate number 80/2009, duly appointed in terms of Letter of Authority, dated 22 June 2009, issued by the Master of the High Court Bloemfontein in respect of certain ERF 2345, MANTWABENG, DISTRICT SENEKAL, PROVINCE FREE STATE which has been lost or destroyed.
