GREENE S K (ST30892/2018) LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer ST30892/2018 passed by MEREDITH DAVID WILLIAM SHORT IDENTITY NUMBER 280122 5055 08 5 in favour of JOSEPH ANDRIES JACOBUS VAN DYK, duly authorised by virtue of a Special Power of Attorney granted at PRETORIA on 28 February 2026 by SEAN KEVIN GREENE in his capacity as the Executor in the Estate of the late EDNA CECILIA GREENE Estate number 1980/2026 Acting under Letters of Executorship issued by the Master of the High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Division, Pretoria on 27 February 2026 in terms of Section 13 and 14 of the Administration of Estates Act No 66 of 1965 in respect of A unit consisting of – (a)Section Number 73 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS 44/1980 in the scheme known as WARNADOONE in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at KINGSBURGH TOWNSHIP, IN THE ETHEKWINI METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, of which section the floor area according to the said sectional plan is 82 (Eighty Two) square metres in extent; and (b)an undivided share in and to the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan. Held by Deed of Transfer ST30892/2018 which has been lost or destroyed. All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds: KwaZulu Natal at Pietermaritzburg within two weeks from the date of the publication of this notice.
