H & S STANDER FAMILIE TRUST (ST22944/2013) LOST OR DESTROYED TITLE DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937 (Act 47 of 1937), of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer ST 22944/2013 in favour of H &S STANDER FAMILIE TRUST in respect of A Unit consisting of (a) Section No. 6 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No SS 314/2006 in the scheme known as EAGLE VIEW in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at PRETORIUSPARK EXTENSION 19 TOWNSHIP, LOCAL AUTHORITY – CITY OF TSHWANE METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan is 135 (One Hundred and Thirty Five) square metres in extent and (b)An undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan. HELD BY Deed of Transfer Number ST 22944/2013 which has been lost or destroyed. All persons having objection to the issue of such Deed of Transfer are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds at NORTH GAUTENG PRETORIA, within two weeks from the date of the publication of this notice.
