HENNING D H (ST3509/2009) NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPLY FOR A CERTIFIED COPY OF A LOST / DESTROYED TITLE DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 (1) of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer ST3509/2009 passed by THE EXECUTOR IN THE ESTATE OF THE LATE RICHARD COLIN HENNING, Estate Number 431/08, in favour of DENISE HEATHER HENNING, Identity Number 430302 0037 08 5, Unmarried, in respect of A Unit consisting of- (a) Section Number 21 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS 442/1997 in the scheme known as W/R/108 in respect of the land and building or buildings situate at WAVERLEY (PTA) TOWNSHIP, Local Authority, CITY OF TSHWANE METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan is 127 (One Hundred and Twenty-Seven) square metres in extent, and (b)An undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan, which has been lost or destroyed. All interested parties having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds at Pretoria, Deeds Office situated at 600 Lilian Ngoyi Street, Pretoria Central, within two weeks from the date of publication of this notice.
