HERBST G C & E J (T1621/1990) Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of DEED OF TRANSFER T1621/1990 in favour of the Estate of the late GERTHARDUS CHRISTOFFEL HERBST (Identity Number 4101295046082) (Estate Number 13479/2021) and EMMARENTIA JACOMINA HERBST (Identity Number 4311210049083), widow, who was married in community of property to the deceased, in respect of the following property: PORTION 213 OF THE FARM WATERVAL 273, REGISTRATION DIVISION JR, PROVINCE OF GAUTENG MEASURING 8,5774 (EIGHT COMMA FIVE SEVEN SEVEN FOUR) HECTARES which has been lost or destroyed. All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds at PRETORIA, GAUTENG within two weeks from the date of the publication of this notice.
