KHAN S A (ST8155/2007) LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for a certified copy of the Deed of Transfer No. ST8155/2007 passed by MAHOMED HOOSEN KHAN IDENTITY NUMBER:430725 5087 05 in favour of SHAIDA ABOO KHAN IDENTITY NUMBER:631220 0140 08 7 MARRIED OUT OF COMMUNITY OF PROPERTY in respect of certain A unit consisting of – (a)Section Number 90 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS 403/1991 in the scheme known as HIMALAYA HEIGHTS in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at ERF 2273 LAUDIUM EXTENSION 2 TOWNSHIP, Local Authority: CITY OF TSHWANE METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, of which section the floor area according to the said sectional plan is 64 (sixty four) square metres in extent; and (b)an undivided share in and to the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan.
