KOUNDOURIS P K (ST52307/1993) LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937 (Act 47 of 1937), of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer ST52307/1993 in favour of PHOTINI KYRIACOU KOUNDOURIS, Identity Number 330312 0037 18 4, Unmarried, in respect of A Unit consisting of (a) Section No. 2 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No SS 410/1993 in the scheme known as ERAS 61 in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at ERASMUSKLOOF EXTENSION 3 , TOWNSHIP, LOCAL AUTHORITY – CITY OF TSHWANE METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan is 178 (One Hundred and Seventy Eight) square metres in extent and (b)An undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan.
