LIEBERTHAL M H (ST112080/2003) LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937 of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer ST112080/2003 passed by DREAMWORKS INVESTMENTS 103 (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED, REGISTRATION NUMBER 2001/024447/07, in respect of A unit consisting of – 1(a)Section Number 26 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS 00673/2003 in the scheme known as SILVER KEYS in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at WAVERLEY (JHB) TOWNSHIP, Local Authority: CITY OF JOHANNESBURG METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, of which section the floor area according to the said sectional plan is 236 (Two Hundred and Thirty Six) square metres in extent; and (b)an undivided share in and to the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan. 2(a)Section Number 29 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS 00673/2003 in the scheme known as SILVER KEYS in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at WAVERLEY (JHB) TOWNSHIP, Local Authority: CITY OF JOHANNESBURG METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, of which section the floor area according to the said sectional plan is 16 (sixteen) square metres in extent; and (b)an undivided share in and to the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan.
