Mahlangu N S (TL36098/1999) LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of TL36098/1999 passed by the city of Johannesburg in favour of the Late Ndoni Sophie Mahlangu, Identity Number: 150608 0097 087, in respect of certain Erf 1628 Mofolo North Township Registration Division I.Q, Province of Gauteng which has been lost or destroyed. All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds at Johannesburg, Cnr Von Wielligh and Rahima Moosa Str Johannesburg within two weeks from the date of the publication of this notice.
