Miller G A (ST20778/2021 ) NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO APPLY FOR A CERTIFIED COPY OF A LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention of the Gaylen Anne Miller to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer Number ST20778/2021 passed by The Executrix in the Estate of the Late Leonard Cornelius Miller, Estate Number 016901/2019 in favour of Gaylen Anne Miller, ID No. 750228 0111 08 7, Unmarried, in respect of certain: (a)50% (Fifty Percent) share in Section Number 12 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS 57/1982 in the scheme known MY VILLA in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at HAMBERG, Local Authority: CITY OF JOHANNESBURG, of which section the floor area according to the said sectional plan is 96 (Ninety Six) square metres in extent; and (b)an undivided share in and to the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan. has been lost or destroyed.
