MNDEBELE L B (T85615/2014) LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer No. T85615/2014 passed by LESEGO BRIAN MNDEBELE in his capacity as executor in the Estate of the late MATSOBANE GEORGE TJALE, acting under Letters of Executorship Number 5634/2016 issued by the Master of High Court, Limpopo at Polokwane on 24 June 2025, in favour of LESEGO BRIAN MNDEBELE, with Identity Number: 020204 5244 08 6 and BONOLO GIFT MNDEBELE, with Identity Number: 060228 5078 088, in respect of certain ERF 8005 PIETERSBURG EXTENSION 35 TOWNSHIP,MEASURING 456 (FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY SIX) square metres and held by Deed of Transfer No. T85615/2014, which has been lost or destroyed. All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds LIMPOPO, at POLOKWANE within two weeks after the date of the publication of this notice
