MOKOENA T W (ST 20518/2019) LOST OR DESTROYED TITLE DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937 (Act 47 of 1937), of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer Number ST 20518/2019 in favour of THABISO WILLIAM MOKOENA, Identity Number 940420 5681 088 Unmarried, in respect of the below mentioned property, namely- A Unit consisting of (a)Section No. 331 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No SS 207/1993 in the scheme known as SPRUITSIG PARK in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at SUNNYSIDE (PTA) TOWNSHIP, LOCAL AUTHORITY – CITY OF TSHWANE METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan is 36 (Thirty Six) square metres in extent and (b)An undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan.
