Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of section thirty-eight of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, I, the Registrar of Deeds at Pretoria intend to issue a Certificate of Registered Title in lieu of Certificate of Registered Title No T112018/2007, registered on 20 AUGUST 2007 passed by ANNAH SOBIKWA in favour of JANE ZINI NDLOVU AND JOHANNES TITUS NDLOVU,in respect of: PORTION 21 OF ERF 37 RIVERSDALE TOWNSHIP REGISTRATION DIVISION I.R., PROVINCE OF GAUTENG MEASURING: 1191 (ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND NINETY ONE) SQUARE METRES HELD BY DEED OF TRANSFER T112018/2007 Which has been lost, destroyed, incomplete or unserviceable.
