NEW PRIMROSE PROPERTIES (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED, (No U C 12199) ST71/1985 (4) UNIT LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Certificate of Registered Sectional Title No. ST71/1985 (4) UNIT in favour of NEW PRIMROSE PROPERTIES (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED, (No U C 12199), the registered owner of (a)Section No. 4 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No SS 71/1985 in the building or buildings known as MAGNOLIA MEWS, of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan, is 118 (ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTEEN) square metres in extent; and (b)an undivided share in the common property in the land and building or buildings as shown and more fully described on the said sectional plan, apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota of the said section specified in a schedule endorsed on the said sectional plan.
