NGCOBOZI A (ST46689/2022) LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937 (Act 47 of 1937), of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer ST46689/2022 in favour of ASIVE NGCOBOZI, Identity Number 910331 0484 087, Unmarried, in respect of A Unit consisting of (a) Section No. 42 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No SS 8/1984 in the scheme known as MEERSBURG in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at MUCKLENEUK TOWNSHIP, LOCAL AUTHORITY – CITY OF TSHWANE METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan is 73 (Seventy Three) square metres in extent and (b) An undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan.
