Ngoveni M P NOTICE OF LOST DEED OF GRANT Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68(1) of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for a certified copy of the Deed of Grant in respect of the property described below, which has been lost. Property description: Erf/Site No. 876B, Measuring 600 (six hundred) square metres, As shown and more fully described on General Plan No. 312/85, Situated in the Township of Malamulele, District of Malamulele Vhembe-East, Province of Limpopo, Held under Deed of Grant No.79/92 Deceased owner: Khombi Cecilia Ngoveni Identity Number: 610920 0530 08 0 Surviving spouse and executor of the estate: Masenyane Phineas Ngoveni, Identity Number: 571018 5429 08 0, married to the deceased in community of property and duly appointed executor of estate with Letter of Authority issued by the Master of the High Court. The original Deed of Grant has been lost and cannot be found despite diligent search. The surviving spouse intends to apply to the Registrar of Deeds for a certified copy of the said deed of grant.
