IT6561/1998(T) in respect of A unit consisting of – (a)Section Number 22 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS 268/2008 in the scheme known as @VARSITY in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at ERF 3136 POTCHEFSTROOM TOWNSHIP, Local Authority: JB MARKS LOCAL MUNICIPALITY , of which section the floor area according to the said sectional plan is 29 (Twenty Nine) square metres in extent; and (b)an undivided share in and to the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan.
