Potgieter W J (ST159959/2002) LOST TITLE DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68(1) of the Deeds Registries Act 1937 of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer ST159959/2002 passed by Derek Basil Le Roux, Identity Number: 590517 5098 008, in favour of Willem Johannes Potgieter (now deceased), Identity Number: 711029 5100 085, in respect of A Unit consisting of (a) Section No. 8 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No SS128/1981 in the scheme known as MONTROSE in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at PORTION 1 OF ERF 295 ARCADIA TOWNSHIP; LOCAL AUTHORITY: CITY OF TSHWANE METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan is 54 (Fifty Four) square metres in extent and (b) An undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan.
