PRETORIA NORTH MUSLIM EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE (T33180/1972) LOST OR DESTROYED DEEDNotice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of Deeds Registries Act, 1937 of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer No T33180/1972 passed by GIDEON JOZUA MALHERBE and RICHARD HODGSKIN in our capacities as MAYOR and CHIEF OFFICER (Estates) of the Council for the Council of the City of Pretoria, acting herein for and on behalf of the CITY COUNCIL OF PRETORIA, by virtue of a Resolution of the said Council passed at a meeting thereof held at PRETORIA On the 31st day of March 1965 and 18th July 1972, by the Registrar of Deeds at Pretoria in favour of PRETORIA NORTH MUSLIM EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE, in respect of certain ERF 357 LAUDIUM TOWNSHIP, CITY OF PRETORIA, MEASURING 337 (THREE HUNDRED AND THIRTY SEVEN) SQUARE METRES, which has been lost or destroyed.
