PRETORIUS M (T39597/1974 ) LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer T39597/1974 passed by LOUIS HOLTZHAUSEN, born on 24 November 1935 and in favour of MICHAEL PRETORIUS, born on 10 January 1936 in respect of certain ERF 560, situated in the township WESPARK, Registration Division J.R., Transvaal, measuring 743 (Seven Hundred and Forty Three) square metres, which has been lost or destroyed.
