RABARI D A (ST 8954/2005) LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of ST 8954/2005 passed by IVYKON TRUST in favour of DAVID AKOMBO RABARI in respect of certain A unit consisting of: a) Section No. 4 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No SS 54/1982 in the scheme known as SECTION 4 SARATOGA GARDENS in respect of the land and building or buildings situate at BEREA TOWNSHIP, LOCAL AUTHORITY CITY OF JOHANNESBURG METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, of which section the floor area, according to the said Sectional Plan is 83 (Eighty Three) square metres in extent and b) An undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordanco with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan.
