RAMOTSWA GARMENT INDUSTRIES PROPRIETARY LIMITED (SB26800/2004 ) NOTICE LOST BOND NOTICE IN TERMS OF REGULATION 68 OF THE REGULATIONS MADE UNDER THE DEEDS REGISTRIES ACT, 1937 (NO. 47 OF 1937) Notice is hereby given in terms of the provisions of regulation 68 made under the Deed Registries Act, 1937, that it is the intention to apply for a certified copy of Mortgage Bond No. SB26800/2004 issued in favour of RAMOTSWA GARMENT INDUSTRIES PROPRIETARY LIMITED, REGISTRATION NUMBER 1988/101 (Private company duly registered in the Republic of Botswana) in respect of A Unit consisting of (a)Section No. 8 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No SS 130/1993 in the scheme known as HOUGHTON VILLAS in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at HOUGHTON ESTATE TOWNSHIP, CITY OF JOHANNESBURG, of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan is 307 (Three Hundred and Seven) square metres in extent and (b) An undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan.
