REMAINING EXTENT OF ERF 468 MID-ENNERDALE T3696/1952 LOST TITLE DEED Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of section thirty-eight of the Deeds Registries Act (Act No. 47 of 1937), I, the Registrar of Deeds, South Gauteng at JOHANNESBURG intend to issue a Certificate of Registered Title in Lieu of Deed of Transfer Title No. T3696/1952 dated 06th of May 1952 passed by THE MID-ENNERDALE ESTATE COMPANY LIMITED, in favour of GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA, in respect of certain: REMAINING EXTENT OF ERF 468 MID-ENNERDALE TOWNSHIP REGISTRATION DIVISION I.Q., THE PROVINCE OF GAUTENG MEASURING: 6,488 (SIX COMMA FOUR EIGHT EIGHT) HECTARES HELD BY DEED OF TRANSFER No. T3696/1952 which has been lost.
