SAMSON I D & B L (ST66466/2004 ) LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer ST66466/2004 passed by ROSEMARY MOKGADI PADI (BORN MAKGATO), IDENTITY NUMBER 701120 0297 08 3, MARRIED OUT OF COMMUNITY OF PROPERTY in favour of IAN DERRYCK SAMSON, IDENTITY NUMBER 530803 5134 081, MARRIED OUT OF COMMUNITY OF PROPERTY and BEVERLEY LYNNE SAMSON, IDENTITY NUMBER 551130 0102 085, MARRIED OUT OF COMMUNITY OF PROPERTY in respect of A Unit consisting of- (a) Section No. 7 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No SS 11/1982 in the scheme known as CAMELOT in respect of the land and building or buildings situate at WINDSOR Township, CITY OF JOHANNESBURG METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY of which section the floor area, according to the said Sectional Plan is 112 (ONE HUNDRED AND TWELVE) square metres in extent; and (b)an undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan.
