Section 25 Golan Heights ST5171/2009 Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer ST5171/2009 in respect of: (A) Section 25 Golan Heights, being the land and building or buildings situate at Benoni Township, Local Authority: City of Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality, transferred by Leadwood Trust, Reg. Number , to Matsetumo Elizabeth Moji, Identity Number 6506200288082, unmarried. The floor area of the said section, according to the sectional plan, is 39 (thirty-nine) square meters. (B) An undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan. The original deed has been lost or destroyed. All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the South Gauteng Deeds Registry at Johannesburg, Deeds Office Information Section, 28 Harrison Street, Johannesburg, within two (2) weeks from the date of publication of this notice.
