SK3624/2017S THE ZANZIBA TRUST LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Notarial Deed of Cession Number SK3624/2017S passed by SALLY AMANDA BARTLETT, Identity Number 541204 0130 08 2 in favour of THE ZANZIBA TRUST, IT Number: 3217/2012(PTA) in respect of certain Exclusive Use Area described as PARKING BAY 11 (`PB11`) measuring 13 (thirteen) square metres, being as such part of the common property comprising the land and the scheme known as SAN LUCA situate at Craighall Park Township, Local Authority of the City of Johannesburg, as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No. SS635/2012, and certain Exclusive Use Area described as STOREROOM 12 (`S12`) measuring 2 (two) square metres, being as such part of the common property comprising the land and the scheme known as SAN LUCA situate at Craighall Park Township, Local Authority of the City of Johannesburg, as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No. SS635/2012, held by Notarial Deed of Cession Number SK3624/2017S, which has been lost or destroyed.
