SK511/2018S STERN K M LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Notarial Deed of Cession of Right to Exclusive Use Area Number SK511/2018S passed by Kiara Joan Wylie (formerly Mason), Identity Number 871215 0105 08 0 Married Out of Community of Property in favour Kisten Moses Stern Identity Number 860104 5103 08 9 Unmarried in respect of certain 1.That I am the registered owner of:- An Exclusive Use Area described as PARKING P30 measuring 13 (Thirteen) Square metres, being as such part of the common property, comprising the land and the scheme known as BRAESIDE in respect of the land and building or buildings situate at BLACKHEATH EXTENSION 1 TOWNSHIP, LOCAL AUTHORITY: THE CITY OF JOHANNESBURG, as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS. 377/2006 HELD BY Notarial Deed of Cession of Right to Exclusive Use Area Number SK511/2018S 2.the Notarial Deed of Cession has been lost or destroyed, the circumstances under which it was lost or destroyed being unknown; 3. despite a thorough search no trace of the Notarial Deed of Cession can be found; 4.the Notarial Deed of Cession has not been pledged and is not being detained by anyone as security for any debt or otherwise, save that it was held by INVESTEC BANK LIMITED REGISTRATION NUMBER 1969/004763/06 as part of its security under Mortgage Bond SB5401/2018. 5.I do hereby apply to the Registrar of Deeds at Johannesburg for the issue of a certified copy of the Notarial Deed of Cession Number SK511/2018S in terms of the provision of Regulation 68(1) of Act 47 of 1937 and undertake to deliver the said title deed to the Registrar of Deeds at Johannesburg should it come into my possession. Which has been lost or destroyed. All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing in the office of the Registrar of Deeds 28 Harrison Street Johannesburg within two weeks from the date of the publication of this notice.
