SMIT A L & G W P (ST 6662/2018) SECTION 4 SORENTO TOWNSHIP // NOTICE OF LOST OR DESTROYED TITLE DEED IN TERMS OF REGULATION 68(1) Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer ST 6662/2018 passed by the executors in the estate of the late of JOHAN CHRISTIAN VOGEL Estate Number: 27325/2017 in favour of ANNA LOUISA SMIT (Identity Number 580124 0069 08 4) married in community of property to GERHARDUS WILLEM PETRUS SMIT, which community of property is excluded by virtue of the provisions of the deceased`s will, and SUSARA MARGARETHA VOGEL (Identity Number 610701 0057 08 8) married in community of property to JOHANNES HERMANUS VOGEL which community of property is excluded by virtue of the provisions of the deceased`s will, and JOHAN CHRISTIAN VOGEL (Identity Number 650322 5101 08 5) married in community of property to ESTELLE VOGEL which community of property is excluded by virtue of the provisions of the deceased`s will, in respect of certain: A Unit consisting of (a) Section No. 4 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No SS 7/1990 in the scheme known as SORENTO in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at NEW REDRUTH TOWNSHIP, LOCAL AUTHORITY: CITY OF EKURHULENI METROPALITAN MUNICIPALITY, of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan is 151 (One Hundred and Fifty One) square metres in extent and (b) An undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan. HELD BY Deed of Transfer Number ST 6662/2018 which has been lost or destroyed. All persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the REGISTRAR OF DEEDS: SOUTH GAUTENG at JOHANNESBURG within two weeks after the date of publication of this notice.
